VMAX MEETING 2026

Thanks for being interested in our 18 th international meeting

In 2024, every one was enchanted by the nature of our new venue, so we are happy to confirm again this great place to be for our meeting.

Just push on the red button below, to find out all the details about our tickets.  All inclusive tickets DON'T NEED TO SELECT THE DIFFERENT FOOD OPTIONS.  If you only select Food options, you need to select ENTRANCE too.

Early birds are welcome from Thursday evening, but rooms will not be available as from Friday. If you come on Thursday and want to stay until Sunday, you have to buy a ticket "Early Bird" and a second ticket for the meeting from Friday to Sunday.

 

The All inclusive packages (drinks not included) are per person and in case of a room, we will do our best to give you enough privacy, but the rooms can be occupied with other persons.  When reservations are made, please put in the "comments" your specific questions and we will do our best to grand them.  If you take an "All inclusive package, you don't need to select other tickets per person.

Finally, if you don't want a All inclusive and only lodging, select the choice "Entrance & lodging", and you can then select also a choice of food.

​

For the "last minute" deciders (or the one night stands) we can not guarantee lodging and/or food !​

The Belgian Vmax Club members will spread the Belgian Ambiance all through the meetings this season.  We would appreciate it a lot if we can see all our friends and Vmax fans in September 2026 !!
